We've been busy working with our client to manage the construction of Ava, a 35 unit condo building near Langara College in Vancouver. Our role on this project is to make sure the entire process, from tendering and contractor selection through to construction and occupancy, is dialed in. We've had some hurdles to overcome, but as we enter the finishing phase of Ava we're set up to finish strong and deliver a great product to the development team.
