Dear Maintainer,

Apt documentation is lacking in options and abilities that apt is capable of. Looking in source it does mention what tools are included, but not what options could be used with apt.

For example rdepends, it isn't mention in manual for apt. But that is ok, problem arises when there is difficulty finding about that option elsewhere. I have checked in "The Debian GNU/Linux FAQ" and "The Debian Administrator's Handbook" and it wasn't mentioned there. Found one line in "Debian Reference" how apt can be used instead of apt-get.

After that I was wondering what other options if there are syntax differences such as dist-upgrade (apt-get) and full-upgrade (apt) might be for other options form included tools. But I was unable to find anything.

So I am asking if such documentation if at least a list could be made. And if it does exists to be added to apt-doc.
