Dear Maintainer,
If I use "gbp dch --since=…" to update an already started changelog
entry, the previously set "urgency=low" is reset:
~/zsh/zsh → gbp dch --since=311cb6058b24c68033672e155d67386d1e8a00d1 acpi not present
~/zsh/zsh → git diff

IMHO "gbp dch" should not touch existing urgency settings.
