The web-frontend to Debconf is really quite ugly. The attached patch uses a
modified stylesheet from lintian.debian.org and reworks the generated HTML
somewhat to fit it.

It also adds support for lists by ensuring that prefixed whitespace is
rendered "pre-formatted".

I've attached some screenshots - boolean.png, error.png and string.png
demonstrate their respective template types, and block.png demonstrates what
the db_beginblock and db_endblock constructs appear as.
