Need room ASAP (Nassau/Suffolk)

I'm in town to see my parents off to the other side.
My dad any day - My mom w/in months.
I'm 61 years old, female.
Will be working remotely outside of home part-time (library/coffee shop).
Need a room in a quiet clean home - I'm quiet and clean - need kitchen access as well - no major cook, just food preparation.
Not looking for a family with children.
