Small architecture firm looking to solicit help for work overflow.
Flexible schedule and payment arrangement with predetermined deadlined for the portion of the work.

Ideal candidate can use Cad 2010 or later, measure, draw the existing conditions and produce with minimal help the filing set for the DOB filing.
Work and office located in Long Island.
If remote work is desired must be able to stop by the Port Jefferson office twice weekly for consultation/instructions.
