Our teaching staff is a close team that feels more like a second home when coming to work.
We have had no staff turnover in years as well as no turnover with our enrolled children until it's time for them to head to Kindergarden.
I believe in putting the teaching staff first in our school and ensuring they have a positive work/life balance.
Our staff works a maximum of 4 days/week.

This doesn't happen often but being flexible will be needed.
The Toddler Room Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the classroom, ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, early childhood education, and experience working with infants and young children.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and development, addressing any concerns or issues
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the toddler room
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the childcare center
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, nannying, or related field
- Certification in early childhood education or relevant qualification required
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
