_*CHC Integrated Practice Manager*_
*Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a CHC Integrated Practice Manager with the passion and skills to lead and manage the daily operations the Clinic team.
*
We have been providing dental care to residents since 2017.
Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients.

*We have high expectations for you an Integrated Practice Manager.
We need you to:*
* Supervise, train, develop, evaluate, and when necessary, counsel and/or discharges support staff in designated areas of responsibility in collaboration with Human Resources.
* Partner with supervisor to identify and drive quality and performance improvement initiatives, as well as implementation of new initiatives and programs.
As delegated, lead special projects or manage portions of ongoing programs.
* Adhere to all funding requirements to ensure the clinic receives incentive dollars and is not penalized.
* Ensure smooth operations of the clinic.
* Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all providers, staff, other departments, the community, and leadership.
This includes written and verbal communication.
* *Education:* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, health, medical office management, or related field preferred.
* *Experience:* Project and personnel management experience required, three years preferred.
Clinical experience in health care setting preferred.
Ability to develop and implement programs, including ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness and ability to provide written reports including results preferred.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience.
The salary range for this full time, 40 hour a week position located in Routt County is $63,294.
40-$88,608 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
