We are hiring a full-time, Shop Manager.

We are looking for a customer-focused manager to take ownership of the shop.
Someone who is organized, reliable, customer-focused, and enjoys leadership.
We are open every day, weekdays 7-3 and weekends 7-4.
The Shop Manager will work ~40 hours a week and will have 2 week days off.
You will learn everything from being a cashier, running the coffee bar, ordering, inventory, making schedules and everything in between.
This is a job for people who enjoy peoples and like working on their feet.

- You are a people person, you like working with others and enjoy customer service.
This is a must!
- You like to multi-task! We are trained in all positions and bounce between all of them through our shifts.
- Not a clipboard manager, we are looking for a manager who will be working the floor 65% and doing manager duties 35%.
- You are reliable, on time, and enjoy working on your feet.
- Coffee/espresso experience is a plus but isn't required
- You want to be a manager, who enjoys managing people and solving problems
- Have 1+ year of managing and have worked in a fast-casual cafe/coffee shop
