Overnight Youth Counselor - Youth & Young Adult Supported Living (Lynn)

Centerboard is actively recruiting for a youth counselor to work at our co-ed Young Adult Supported Living Program.
We are looking for someone to work our overnight shift, Th-Sat 11pm-9am.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work environment and enjoys working with youth as they develop and embrace independent living skills.
Essential Functions: * Providing transportation, oversight and support with life skills to youth ages 18 and over.
* Managing shift requirements and documenting case notes and shift activity.
* Engage with youth, including opportunities to make connections with family, community members or community resources.
* Motivate and support youth with daily activities, coping and barriers to tasks.
* Ensure safety and well being to every extent possible to program participants.
* Abide by policies and procedures as required by licensing agencies.
* Facilitate support as needed to create an independent lifestyle in a productive and safe environment.
* Experience working with youth in group activities welcomed.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Must have computer skills and good communications skills.
