Small new camper 27 feet, just need electric and water (I have a winter heated water hose), no need for a sewer hook up - I will be working and have access to shower/bathroom.
Very flexible, near Boone, have 22 pickup truck that needs to park by camper at night.
Can clear a class 3 background check, have lots of local references, professional no guests, no pets, no smoke or vape.
Just need a nice quiet spot to sleep at night, does not need to be an official RV hook up, as long as I can have electric to run my propane fueled heater in the camper.
