Heritage Law is seeking a a self-reliant, detail-oriented team player who can significantly contribute to the firm's success by offering comprehensive support, refining processes, and devising innovative systems and strategies.

*The Role: * The Legal Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role within our team, serving as a vital link between Attorneys, Support Staff, and Firm Clients to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
We seek a self-reliant, detail-oriented team player who can significantly contribute to the firm's success by offering comprehensive support, refining processes, and devising innovative systems and strategies.
Success in this position requires proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
*Responsibilities:* * Provide comprehensive project management and support to attorneys and team members by overseeing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
* Refine and optimize existing firm procedures to enhance efficiency.
* Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations.
* Create and execute innovative marketing and client engagement strategies.
* Coordinate and manage firm-wide team meetings.
* Assist in client documentation and information gathering processes.
* Prepare estate planning documents and asset spreadsheets for attorneys.
* Maintain close communication with clients and financial advisors to facilitate the funding of trusts.
*Desirable Qualifications* * Strong dedication to upholding ethics and integrity.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Wealthdox and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Associate Degree in paralegal studies or a Certificate of completion from an ABA approved paralegal program OR two years + experience working in a law firm * Capable of working asynchronously and collaboratively within a widely dispersed team.
* Highly motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and effectively.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and well-organized.
*Candidate “Extras” - Would be Amazing if you also have experience with the following:* * Experience in in WealthDox drafting software * Experience working in Estate Planning/Probate Law * Experience with preparing and filing real property deeds * Marketing Experience (familiarity with SEO, Web Based Marketing, MailChimp, etc.
) * Canva or Adobe Level Graphic Design Skills * Social Media _While these are not required, applications that demonstrate candidates “extras” will likely be first in line for the interview process so please be sure to outline these in your Application Materials.
