Our Signature Mat Pilates Sculpt Class

Pilates Sculpt provides a whole-body transformative workout. It tones, lengthens and sculpts your muscles, whilst focusing on your core and relieving any physical tension. Get ready to feel muscles you didn’t know you had, whilst having fun along the way.

Mat Pilates Studio

ASHTANGA YOGA

A form of Hatha yoga synchronising deep, rhythmic breathing and movement to create a continuous flow of energy heating up the body.
This intensive physical practice involves pushing through mental obstacles to cultivate mental clarity, mindful breathing, physical strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Every time this set sequence is practiced, it is immensely satisfying – delving deeper into each pose maintains the challenge. Consistent practice is key and well worth the effort.

BARRE BURN

Barre Burn is a dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness, using the classic ballet barre and small equipment. This class provides an all body workout, toning and strengthening the legs, butt, thighs and arms, whilst helping with posture, flexibility, balance and fitness.

Get ready to feel the burn!

  • Suitable for all abilities and pre-natal friendly

Bondi Rise & Align: Reformer

Bondi Rise & Align is the perfect class for anyone new to reformer, or those wanting to improve their form, control and technique.

Although this is a slower, more controlled class, you will still get full body workout, working muscles you didn’t know you had. Expect to feel the “Pilates Burn”!

  • Suitable for all abilities 
  • Suitable for first and second trimester

Bondi Rise & Elevate: Reformer

Bondi Rise & Elevate is an open level, high intensity, flow style reformer class. This class will challenge the full body, get the heart rate up, whilst the small groups sizes will still ensure we focus on form and control.

If you are brand new to reformer please attend at least 3 align classes before attending the elevate class. 

  • Not suitable for pre-natal

Bondi Rise & Jump: Reformer

Bondi Rise & Jump is a cardio class centred around the jumpboard. Expect a high intensity workout on the reformers!

If you are new to Reformer, please attend a Bondi Rise & Align class first so we can introduce you to the reformer..

Bondi Rise & Sculpt: Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates Sculpt provides a whole-body transformative work-out. It tones, lengthens and sculpts your muscles, whilst focusing on your core and relieving any physical tension.

Get ready to feel muscles you didn’t know you had, whilst having fun along the way.

Suitable for all abilities, from total beginners to advanced.

Suitable for first and second trimester.

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates

BYO baby! Our Mums and Bub class is a small class designed for the busy mum in mind! This 45 minute pilates class will focus on core activation, pelvic stability, building on strength and alignment – whilst giving you 45 minutes to workout!

If you would like to bring your baby, please do, we recommend bringing them in a carrier or car seat!

  • Please ensure you have had sign off from a health professional to do this class

Pre Natal Pilates Sculpt

A class dedicated to our mumma’s-to-be. Our prenatal Pilates classes are designed to help your body respond to the changes during pregnancy & childbirth.

Please note if you haven’t done Pilates before, we recommend booking into a 1:1 mat class first.

Vinyasa Flow

Our yoga classes offer an energetic yoga flow with strong poses and creative sequencing, designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally.

Suitable for all abilities

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga invites in stillness and space both into the body and mind. Poses are held between 3-5 minutes, so the body’s deeper connective tissues and fascia can be healthily targeted.

Yin yoga has its roots in Chinese Medicine and poses work with the meridians and 5 elements to invite in restoration of balance and help nourish your nervous system. A perfect way to complement more yang style exercise and the pace of life we often find ourselves in.
