On December 14th. We held out first Client Appreciation Dinner at D'Venue event space. The dinner is meant to be a lively networking session between our existing clients - fostering good relations and sharing of ideas between unlikely collaborators for 2025 🎉 Not only that, they get to meet all of our team members who have been diligently working in the background. Bringing forward their marketing and software ideas to life 🚀 Want to be part of the conversation? Hit us up and we'll talk further!
This almost never happened... 😱 Ending 2024 with an intimate Client Appreciation Dinner was an idea I had toyed around ever since January when we first officially incorporated the company. I didn't think it was possible... I had assume we'd only barely have a handful of new clients going into December. In October, I had only mentioned it in passing to Izzah Jamil which she later went ahead and did ALL her prep work literally the week after - including the rough itinerary, sourcing SWAGs and such. The ship had sailed, I didn't want to let all that work go to waste and decided to just go for it 🫡 I am glad that we made this happen While plagued with last minute cancellations, the turnout was lower than we had hoped BUT that did not translate to the energy in the room. The SynapseBN team gets to mingle with clients whom, for some, they never saw in person till that night. Clients of ours interacting naturally with one another - throwing ideas of collaboration and getting fired up for the new year with all sorts of interesting ideas. And of course, getting to spend quality time with everyone outside of "professional work" which rarely happen in a fully remote team like ours 🧑💻 These are all what I had hoped for in this dinner and more! Thank you to the hard work of Izzah Jamil and Elissa Irman, for managing the event and keeping the conversations going. To our team members spending their Saturday night for this - Nadiah Ismail, Eqbal Volinuskhi, Nadia Abdullah, Izzy - missing Haziyah A., Leon and Najib (we'll get them next time✊) And especially big thanks to brother-in-arms Zulfikri Zulkifly for the continuous support and the pleasant surprise 🤣 It was indeed a very great year for us. Wishing the same for everyone else doing their EoY wrap up. Let's go into 2025 strong and throw an even bigger dinner next year!
