The Convex Aviation team hosted an exclusive broker dinner with the incredible Chef Tom Whitaker. To get everyone's taste buds going, and create a bit of food envy on LinkedIn, we thought we'd share the menu. They began the evening with a salmon tartare, followed by an impressive sharing platter featuring dry-aged beef from Tom’s custom-built charcuterie. Dessert was a miso caramel custard tart. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Tom for creating an unforgettable experience.
