Don't waste a ton of time by being zoomed in all day. Let’s say your goal is to land a client: If you are zoomed in without a proper strategy, you will work all day sending 100s of needy DMs. Nobody will care about your offer and you will come across as low value. You might even become consistent on it and work for months to finally land a client, if you are lucky enough! If you zoom out to create a killer strategy, you will ❖ create a valuable lead magnet first. ❖ create a simple funnel that bridges lead magnet to your offer. ❖ send value packed promotional mails to warm the prospects. With proper implementation of this, you might don’t even have to send a DM for life to land a client. That’s why zooming out is so so important. You know if you are on the right track only if you zoom out.

a lady making 1 million dollar from 5800 followers. she barely getting 19 likes, one comment on her post her best performing post getting 100 to 50 likes and 10 to 20 comment max. She has 5800 followers on her Instagram account and So the secret formula is she is very, very niche town. She helping specific person with a specific industry for a specific problem. Men are often taught from a young age not to cry or show their emotions. Phrases like "Stop crying like a girl" and "Boys don't cry" are commonly used to tell boys to be tough. This pressure to hide their feelings can be very harmful. Men are told that being emotional makes them weak. Because of this, many men keep their feelings inside and don't ask for help when they need it. This can lead to serious problems. For example, men are more likely to die by suicide than women. In many places, men are three to four times more likely to take their own lives. One reason is that men often feel they can't talk about their problems because of the stigma around showing emotions. Telling men to "toughen up" and not to cry is very damaging. It can lead to depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. When men are not allowed to express their emotions, they might turn to unhealthy ways to cope. To fix this, we need to change how we think about masculinity and emotions. We should encourage men to show their feelings and seek help when they need it. Society needs to stop equating emotional expression with weakness. Instead, we should promote the idea that it is healthy and normal for men to express their emotions. Changing these cultural norms will take time. We need to teach boys from a young age that it is okay to cry and express their feelings. We also need to change the way we talk about emotions and gender. In short, the expectation for men to hide their emotions and "toughen up" is harmful. It leads to higher rates of suicide and mental health problems. We need to encourage men to express their emotions and seek help, leading to healthier and happier lives. #mentalhealth #amanihealth

Your followers will not grow If you post everyday This might be confusing I hear people say all the the time You need to post everyday if I am going to be consistent and grow my account Posting everyday and consistency are 2 different things It’s important to know when posting everyday will actually do more harm than good Posting everyday for the sake of posting but not creating quality content will just damage your overall reach and engagement If what your posting isn’t valuable or entertaining for your audience They won’t be interacting with it which means it will be shown to less people It’s better to post high quality content 3-4 times a week consistently than to rush your posts just because you feel the need to post to your feed everyday Take your time , do your research and really consider before you post if this is educational, entertaining or valuable to your audience P.S. 3 big lessons that I learned from my first failure as a social media content creator. My first failure stemmed from communication issues. Poor communication not only made me lose my job but also made me lose confidence and dare not find a new opportunity for two months. It was painful, but I learned a lot from that uncomfortable experience. The three most important lessons are: 1️⃣ Clarify expectations, responsibilities, and workload early on. Consider meeting (online or in person - if possible) to discuss the details. Tell them you may charge an extra fee if any additional work arises. 2️⃣ Explain the reason behind your approach or idea. Disagreement is inevitable when working with clients. Instead of ignoring them and doing whatever they want (to get the job done), try to explain your approach and the reasons behind it. That not only shows them your expertise and your knowledge but your dedication to the work as well. After being clear about your idea, if they still don't like it or reject it, then ask them about the orientation behind their idea. Make sure you understand before implementing it. 3️⃣ Unsure about something? Ask them directly. Don't read their mind. I'm naturally an introvert, so when I first started freelancing, I was pretty shy and hesitant to ask questions. I guess they will like this or that, then make decisions based on my assumptions ( and thinking it was being proactive). When I sent them my work, I discovered their intentions were totally different. Reading the client's mind is not only a waste of your time (and their time) but also demonstrates your lack of professionalism. Hence, ask them directly to clarify if you are unsure of anything, such as company information or their preferences. P.S. Do you think there is any other way to improve communication with clients?
