I was honored to moderate the panel with Nuno Jorge Trigo Florian Kosak Vanessa Sans and Matthias Zeitler on Coliving and Coworking. A few days later we were following this very kind and well organized Matthias Zeitler to NOMAD UTOPIA. I remembered Tony Aleksandrov showing us his statement during the coworking site tour WorkBetter. I think Matthias is the true origin of this. "If you can dream it, you can do it... " A powerful long day with a true fire chat conversation - sorry Matthias for all these questions around concept, financing, Fractional ownership model, community, Events, inclusive model of local citizens and powerful work with local municipalities. The inspiring tour through the 17000 qm building with a lot of amenities,Pool, conference hall, to just name a few was a highlight. Last week, Coworking Europe took place in Sofia, offering an incredible opportunity to connect with over 300 leaders from our industry. It was a chance to learn, share experiences, and inspire each other. Our chairman Matthias participated in two engaging panels, we hosted a group of industry insiders at Semkovo for a special post-event gathering, and—together with our long-term partner Christian Schmitz from Salto—we organized the traditional coworking bike tour as a pre-event. Though, thanks to the unexpected snowfall the night before, it was more of a walking tour this year! 😊 We are truly honored and humbled to be part of flagship events like this that brings our industry together. A big thank you to Jean-Yves Huwart and the entire team for organizing such a fantastic gathering every year in different places around Europe. Here's to the continued growth and collaboration of our coworking industry!
