1978 Biesmeyer Daycruiser jet boat - $5,500 (Longville)

78’ Daycruiser, Berkeley 12jg-a pump, split bowl with a wedge and jetovator, gen V 454 4bolt main short block with older iron heads and intake.
Mild build runs and sounds great! This boat was a pandemic project, stringers in the floor replaced, and also the floor.
It’s a amateur build no doubt, so it’s not perfect.

The hull was repainted years ago and some flaws but is decent.
The hydroturf flooring has some stains and waves in it.
Seats are originals that came in the boat, and are comfortable and usable.
They should be reupholstered at some point.
The wiring in this boat is likely the biggest issue, although it is boatable: only gauge that works is oil pressure, and the start button is burned out, and needs replacing.
I’m currently selling all of my boats as we’ve upgraded to a new tritoon.
