What You’ll Do:
* Lead with integrity and build a culture of respectful accountability
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
* Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site operations
* Strive to exceed sales goals, deliver on KPI’s, and organic store growth
* Effective P&L management to include proper inventory/ordering of supplies
* Recruit, develop, train, and motivate a team that is ready to deliver on the company’s mission
* Learn wash process and equipment in order to deliver a high-quality wash to every customer
* Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits
* Ensure all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are being followed
* Address all customer escalations with empathy and respect in a calm manner
* Further growth through educational/training opportunities
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Education/Skill Requirements:
* High school diploma or an equivalent certificate
* College degree preferred (but not required)
* 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the market.
45 hours (minimum) on site
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
* Ability to lift 25lbs
