Yet another checklist on how to share insights: 1. Document key lessons systematically. 2. Tailor messages for diverse audiences. 3. Choose suitable channels for each audience group (what works for one, may not suit another). 4. Engage your audience actively (e.g. inbound campaigns, earned media, user content generation, dialogue, etc.). 5. Frame insights as compelling narratives, using different formats according to audience groups. 6. Use plain language, avoiding jargon.

Evaluate broader application potential (is your project scalable? Replicable?). 4. Align with ethical standards. 5. Monitor inclusivity (is your project socially and culturally acceptable?). 6. Foster enduring collaborations and partnerships. 7. Document issues (and failures) for continuous improvement. 8. Celebrate achievements to boost motivation and team morale.

Here's my checklist to establish clear and realistic criteria for evaluating solutions against your objectives: 1. Define SMART objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound). 2. Align Key Performance Indicators with each objective. 3. Prioritize criteria based on their importance to the overall success of the project. 4. Make criteria measurable by using concrete metrics which can help you make objective assessments. 5. Set realistic benchmarks (check industry standards, historical data, etc.). 6. Set precise timeframes for achieving objectives and meeting criteria. 7. Account for external factors (e.g. economic conditions, regulatory changes, etc.). 8. Periodically review and revise. 9. Document the criteria!

La comunicazione digitale della pubblica amministrazione, tra siti web, pagine Facebook, account Twitter e app di messaggistica, sta affrontando una sfida legata alla trasparenza, all’efficacia dei servizi, allo snellimento amministrativo, a un nuovo modo di fare e-government e di comunicare con i cittadini. Questa sfida si fonda anche sull’efficacia dei testi e della scrittura, e per affrontarla occorrono strumenti e competenze nuove a disposizione di tutti gli attori – comunicatori, redattori, social media manager, designer – coinvolti nella comunicazione pubblica mediata dalle nuove tecnologie. Questo è un manuale di redazione completo per i siti web e i profili social della pubblica amministrazione (PA), corredato da decine di esempi pratici e da una vasta raccolta di immagini, tratte dal corpus dei siti pubblici italiani e delle pagine ufficiali sui principali social network. Il libro esamina ogni aspetto della scrittura dei testi digitali della PA: dall’usabilità alla scrittura per i motori di ricerca, dall’organizzazione del testo al tono di voce, dall’uso degli hashtag alla gestione dei post, dalla scrittura su Twitter ai messaggi su WhatsApp e fornisce precise indicazioni per migliorare l’impatto, lo stile e la struttura dei testi per la comunicazione pubblica online.

FOSTEr in MED (Fostering Solar Technology in the Mediterranean area) is 4.5 million € ENPI CBC MED funded strategic project aiming to implement and diffuse innovative solar technologies.

• Cultural and normative barriers, design and technical gap that can delay the diffusion of solar
technologies identified through comprehensive context analysis.
• Solar technologies and its technological trends promoted.
• Local legislations on solar energy compared and common innovation proposals defined.
• Design, architectural integration and installation competences transferred.
• Solar energy consumption increased in 5 public buildings through 85 kWp of photovoltaic
panels installed.
Activities include creation of 6 info points, networking between similar projects and initiatives, formulation of policy papers, training dedicated to 400 stakeholders (designers, SMEs/installers and university students) to transfer technical knowhow, information seminars to promote the benefits of solar technologies involving 350 citizens and 3500 students.Other creatorsSee project -
