OutSystems migration to Mendix 🚀 With the power of Mendix SDK, Marien Krouwel showed us how it would be possible to generate a Mendix app based on metadata exported from OutSystems. This was but an example of the main goal of the meetup: to show the power of the Mendix Platform and Model SDKs. He gave an impressive live demo of his generator implementation and showed everyone the power that these SDKs provide. ➡ https://lnkd.in/etSXmqF5 Wiemer Steenbeek showed a different approach to utilizing the Mendix SDKs, allowing visibility into your Mendix application model. He wrote a script that allowed for the identification of DoJo widgets, which in the future will be deprecated in favour of React Client-based pluggable widgets. ➡ https://lnkd.in/effPYz_i Both solutions sparked a renewed interest in the Mendix SDKs, and with the publication of several of the helper components by Trives, they are giving the community a nice boost to start utilizing the Mendix SDKs even more easily.
