OPS it’s the European outgoing preparation seminar
The outgoing preparation seminar is a three days local project which will prepare students for a culture shock before they spend their traineeship abroad. Attendance at the OPS is mandatory for all participants of the traineeship program. The OPS takes place one time a year with 100 participants. The seminar will round up the exchange organized by AIESEC.
I lead a team of 6 people and my work was to organized this conference as…OPS it’s the European outgoing preparation seminar
