Drowning in paper documents? Not anymore. Thanks to Doccle, Belgium’s largest digital administration platform, more than three and a half million users have said goodbye to paperwork. Of course, with a digital platform often come user questions. A lot of questions. To maintain top-tier customer service, Doccle quickly knew it needed a digital solution capable of addressing a high volume of questions efficiently and accurately. Enter Doccy, the virtual assistant that not only meets today’s needs but is now more advanced than ever. In 2019, we released the first version of Doccy. Although the virtual assistant already reduced customer service workload significantly, we decided to take Doccy a step further in 2024. In this rework, we added some generative AI spice.
