From historic sugar factory to brand new Class A office space – here is the first look at our latest project at The Refinery at Domino! We've partnered with Framework (https://framework.nyc/) to transform this iconic Brooklyn waterfront location into a next-generation workspace. Our team installed 46 custom office pods, each designed to deliver what today's professionals need most: privacy, productivity, and stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. What makes these pods special? They're fully enclosed, sound-insulated spaces that truly feel like a "home office away from home." Each features: ▪️ Premium acoustic insulation and ventilation ▪️ Two sides of glass to bring in more natural light ▪️ Custom wood finish, softening the industrial space ▪️ Adjustable light dimmer to create the perfect atmosphere Special thanks to Two Trees Management Co. for including us in this remarkable transformation of the 460,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project. 2 years ago I made the jump across the ocean for JUUNOO ... I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished so far – from expanding our reach to driving sustainable innovation. Right now, I’m grateful for the incredible team and partners who make it all possible, and for the opportunity to work on iconic projects such as The Refinery.
