Association Leaders create magic when coming together ✨ The IBTM World Association Leaders Forum was an excellent stage for our speakers and volunteer leaders to engage with the international Associations Community. It has been a tradition for the ESAE team to host a most exclusive dinner in Barcelona for our members and ALF speakers, and this year, it was a special one, thanks to the facilitation of Laurent Hoeberigs on #ChangeManagement. We were delighted to have the support of our partners at MECC Maastricht and the Maastricht Convention Bureau who hosted us at the most prestigious Michelen-star Alkimia in Barcelona and for livening up the discussion. Association Leaders had the opportunity to exchange in an intimate environment and reflect on the rhythm of change in our fast-paced Industry, the role of Executives in managing change and bringing their teams and volunteer leaders along, as well as the ways in which Association partners, such as #Destinations and #tech, can contribute to the strengthening of Community. The conclusions of the meeting will be shared with all ESAE members, and we look forward to bringing the International Community together again in Brussels on 10 April 2025 for the European Association Summit.
