Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Physical Plant Services invites applications for the position of Plumber/Pipefitter.
This position will undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining plumbing systems across campus.
Duties include installing and repairing equipment such as sinks, commodes, hot water tanks, sewers, and gas lines.
It will be a priority to produce and maintain well-functioning plumbing infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment that is welcoming to all that we serve.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Two years of experience in pipefitting, steamfitting, or plumbing.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Training in the plumbing, pipefitting, or steamfitting trade will substitute for the required experience on a month for month basis.
