    Stay Soft Stay Soft
You know, it wasn't my favorite for a while, but for some reason i decided to listen to it on loop a few weeks ago and now I can't stop thinking about it.

I love the synths, the tone, the lyricism, even the music videos which I feel I should mention!!!

(also, should've been me reminds me a bit of abba which is an automatic bonus in my book)
  13. Be The Cowboy
    by Mitski
    Nobody Nobody
What a great album. It took me a while to really get the whole album but I can confidently say it's one of her best. The shorter songs are certainly a different feel, but I still like it. I could pick like five different songs as my favorite and all of them would feel right lol
  14. The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We
    by Mitski
    The Frost The Frost
I remember seeing everyone freak out on twitter when this was announced. I had literally zero idea what Mitski's music even was like apart from bits of Nobody & Washing Machine Heart, so when it came out I had no idea what to expect.

I think that deciding to listen to this album was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Every single song is a standout track to me, which I don't say lightly. It also led me to listen to the rest of her discography, which I haven't regretted in the slightest.
  15. Good Gracious! Bad People. (Deluxe)
by Sarah & the Safe Word
Sick On Seventh Street Sick On Seventh Street
Sick On Seventh Street was THE song that introduced me to STSW, so I am elated to own it on vinyl. Oh, and the rest of the album is fantastic. (Bonus tracks are nice too!!)
  16. The Will Wood Power Hour
    by Chonny Jash
Thermodynamic Lawyer Esq, G.F.D. Thermodynamic Lawyer Esq, G.F.D.
I've been listening to Will Wood since before The Normal Album came out, and I discovered Chonny before his face reveal. You can imagine I was absolutely fucking ecstatic when I saw that he was making a Will Wood Power Hour.

Anyway everything here is great, especially the lyrics over the solo in Laplace, the lyrics in Tomcat Disposables, and especially that descending chord progression in Thermodynamic Lawyer!!!
  17. GLOOM DIVISION
by I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME
    SPKOTHDVL SPKOTHDVL
the singles so far are tantalizing

Edit: the rest of the album surpassed all of my expectations!!!
  18. Wake Up Calls
    by Cosmo Sheldrake
    Cuckoo Song Cuckoo Song
    beautiful :)
  19. Eye To The Ear
    by Cosmo Sheldrake
By Being With You By Being With You
I wasn't sure how the singles would compare with the rest of the album, but the tracks are all consistently fantastic! I truly struggled hard to pick a favorite track, I feel like nearly every song could be my favorite, but honorable mentions go to Old Ocean, I To The Maybe Go, Run, More Than A Mountain, Lichens, Interdimensional and Does the Swallow Dream Of Flying. Anyway this album is absolutely amazing. Also the physical versions are great to have as well!!
  20. BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE (single)
    by Mr Bruce
Burning Down The House Burning Down The House
A signed eco-friendly vinyl of a Talking Heads cover and an original song, with a free poster also signed by Mr Bruce himself, AND part of each sale goes towards charity?

    100% worth it.
