During the program cycle, one academic year long, every #SBA receives monthly education that can help them become more competitive in the market and empower them to utilize social media and their activism to position themselves as young business leaders through showcasing Deloitte's initiatives.

We empower them to develop a project tailored for their classmates: whether it's a workshop held by Deloitte professionals, a panel discussion, or Deloitte Open Day at the university, we support their efforts to help other students gain competitive knowledge and thus create #ImpactThatMatters.

Women’s Mentoring Network is a joint initiative between Deloitte Bosnia and Herzegovina and Addiko Bank Sarajevo, with the goal of being a support network for young females who are at the beginning of their careers.

The motive for the project lies in the persistent gender disparities in both the corporate and public/political realms, where women, particularly in senior roles, continue to confront significant barriers. This pervasive inequality and the prevalence of gender discrimination in local business practices served as a compelling impetus for the initiation of the project, dedicated to empowering and uplifting women in the business world.

The program consists of a one-on-one mentorship program for each mentee being completed by prominent businesswomen who are already proven and are c-level. Besides this, each cycle includes various trainings created specifically for the mentees. Topics that are covered during the training include public speaking, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, professional ethics and so on.
