I'm a big believer that kids have incredible qualities; they're persistent, they're honest, they love simplicity, they take massive action, they dream big dreams, and they aren't afraid to try. Yet as adults we often take the opposite approach as a way of being 'comfortable' andā¦Sammy the Salmon woke up one morning with a new lease on life, she was tired of being boring.

I wrote 'Sammy the Salmon' to inspire my two girls (and as many other kids as possible for that matter) to 'never stop dreaming of their big expansive space' and hopefully in the process reignite that spark in us adults too.
So follow Sammy on her journey living 'life against the flow' in the pursuit of her 'big expansive space' despite the fear, criticism, and doubt she receives and feels.

Inspired by the death of his grandfather, Thomas Jorgesen, who was tragically assaulted by a young man syphoning fuel out of the family car late one summerās evening, Steve Claydon had a sudden realization that life is a measured commodity for which the unknown will always exist. Because of this act, Steve never had the opportunity to meet his grandfather. Yet, Steve wished that he could have held and read something created by his grandfather, something of his mind and a little more substantialā¦

In alignment to 'The Project Principle' methodology and sales strategies, I decided to create an app that would help B2B/Project Related Sales Professionals close more high-value projects with ease.
I was often asked by my clients and sales teams, 'So Steve, here's the situation, what should I do next?'. With that as an almost daily question, I thought there had to be a more efficient and scalable way to find the perfect winning strategy and next steps within 60 seconds orā¦In alignment to 'The Project Principle' methodology and sales strategies, I decided to create an app that would help B2B/Project Related Sales Professionals close more high-value projects with ease.
I was often asked by my clients and sales teams, 'So Steve, here's the situation, what should I do next?'. With that as an almost daily question, I thought there had to be a more efficient and scalable way to find the perfect winning strategy and next steps within 60 seconds or less.
'The Project Compass' mobile application was born. Using over 7 years of real-time, hands-on sales training experience with over 250+ projects related companies and over 7,000 sales professionals the foundations were built and tested with exceptional results.
Add a touch of design with a strong focus on UX and the final product was launched to a small group of BETA testers. I've had feedback from Sales Managers of medium-sized companies that this app has given them back upwards of 2 hours a day instead of answering the same types of sales strategy questions asked by their individual sales team members. "This has empowered them" - one business owner said with a sense of relief, "Now I can spend that time on growing the business".
