How can you use brainstorming to solve environmental challenges?
I love using brainstorming and idea generation ‘with no limitations’ with company teams to find environmental solutions to apply in their business. It’s creative rather than prescriptive and some excellent initiatives have come up like getting QR codes printed on macarons instead of paper 😋😋 It’s also key for increased implementation, people will be more invested in seeing their idea implemented, and this is a step frequently missed when implementing environmental initiatives. Brainstorming and team engagement are game changers when in comes to applying esg in the workplace.
