I started in the MEGT Corporate Sales team and I found it very difficult to understand how to sell and promote MEGT to prospects, my overall knowledge of MEGT services was poor which reflected in my sales skills. My confidence was also very low at that point of time. Neil Rapley then took me in his team. He spent 2 months teaching me about the 3 different pillars of MEGT. He understood that I needed time to learn how to sell MEGT's services in its entirety. His teaching skills are 1st class, and his mentoring helped me to become a successful BDM for the company. Neil is also very good at teaching the sales approach and also how to prospect for new customers. If it wasn’t for Neil, I would have failed in my job very quickly, however his teaching and mentoring helped me to become a very confident and successful BDM within MEGT.
