    Siggins MIller is providing support to HWA to develop a national approach to workforce innovation and reform in the cancer care sector. we provided background research to identify the evidence for what works in innovation, an environmental scan to identify what treatment, technology, policy or program activity might influence or require workforce change or development and then drafted the strategy.

  • Strategic Review of the National Alchohol and Drugs Research Centre UNSW

    Siggins Miller worked with the Director of NDARC to complete both a strategic and operational review of the centre. A combination of diagnostic processes (interviews with internal and external stakeholders, Board members, focus groups with staff and the executive of the centre, a staff culture and climate survey) resulted in the development of new strategic plan, a new organisational structure and suggestions for change management.

  • National Health Workforce Innovation and Reform Strateguc Framework

    Siggins MIller worked with Health Workforce Australia to conduct national consultations in the health and education sectors, research the evidence for what works in health workforce innovation and reform to develop Australia's first Health Workforce Innovation and Reform Strategic Framework. The Framework was endorsed by all State and Territory Health Ministers in 2011

  • Rural and Remote Health Strategic Framework

    Siggins Miller assisted the Rural Health Standing Committee of the Australian Health Minsters Advisory Council to conduct national consultations with stakeholders and to write the Strategic Framework, approved by Health Ministers in 2011
