I am founder and facilitator of The Elements Kit, a system designed for leaders, teams and brands to discover their unique creative identity and realise their full potential.

Understanding human-centred design, together with the language of archetypes, has changed my life.
And it can change yours too.

As an experienced design consultant and mentor, I have a deep understanding of the delivery of creative projects from research and discovery through to design, production and implementation, and decades of experience mentoring others in human-centred design.

With broad agency and client-side experience across UX, CX, EX and Service Design, I'm skilled at collaborating, co-ordinating and leading diverse stakeholder and consultant teams. I have a particular strength in strategic visual thinking and narrative.

I've sharpened my pencil with a history in visual communication, interior architecture and copywriting, and after running my own business for over a decade I'm resourceful and fast on my feet.

I live for conversation and I'm as curious about all humans, particularly people & culture within organisations.

    I brought diverse experience across service design, CX and UX, leading organisation-wide advocacy for design thinking, while coaching individuals and teams in Human-Centred Design (HCD).

    Most importantly, I implemented design thinking strategies to enable a holistic view of business problems. Our team was firmly committed to putting the customers we serve, and our people, at the heart of our design process.

    I led the co-ordination and facilitation of multiple Service Design-led sprint programs, designing new ways of working in sprint cycles to drive research and innovation.

    With a focus on stakeholder liaison - from initial endorsement and sponsorship through to active engagement - our team worked cross-functionally in a program of collaboration and co-design.

    I developed a compelling vision and mission for the future of Service Design at Australia Post, including the foundation playbooks for working methodologies and a sustainable operating model.

    Together, our team worked to:
    - Develop the cadence for ways of working and rituals for our core team
    - Design artefacts for program activities, including frameworks, templates and tools
    - Use visual thinking to create narratives that articulate customer problems and explore solutions
    - Create communications to socialise our activities, progress, learnings and success across the business
    - Facilitate workshops to identify problems and develop solutions
    - Refine the processes for identification and prioritisation of business problems, through to implementation
    - Define problem statements, identify jobs-to-be-done, and develop and test hypotheses through prototypes, MVPs or POCs - with a keen eye on desirability, viability and feasibility
    - Continually define and refine measures of success
    - Scale the program to grow the Innovation and Product Engineering functions at Australia Post.

    It was imperative for the site to act as a compelling introduction to the school for prospective students and parents, while servicing the daily needs of those currently enrolled.

    The greatest challenge was creating intuitive journeys for diverse user groups across:
    - multiple campuses
    - year levels from ELC through to year 12
    - broad curriculum and activities schedule
    - extensive daily news and events.

    I designed the site map and wireframes to address user needs in a clear, concise manner, so that relevant information could be filtered and accessed quickly and easily in a seamless user experience.
