It was great to sit in on a session by Emi Chiba at Gartner for HR ReimagineHR conference in Sydney last week. Emi spoke about the Hype Cycle for HR Technology and how buyers can really use it. In my conversations with CHROs and Senior HR Leaders a recurring topic is the Gen Z workforce from a TA & Retention and productivity perspective, with varying feedback and queries. Leader and manager quality, alongside a degree of respect are the biggest reasons for this workforce segment to decide to leave an organisation, as shown in the latest Gartner research release.
