“Chandra and I worked together for almost 6 years at Microsoft. During this time we collaborated on 3 operating system launches and multiple cross team transformational programs. Chandra has the optimal mix of creativity and execution, he excelled in defining the strategy and ensuring that any tactics that were undertaken would address the initial objectives of the project. Chandra was always collaborative with different business groups and respectful to both his direct reports as well as other team members. As my peer he was great to work with, the tough conversations were always had and whilst we may have had conflicting objectives middle ground would be found to deliver the best outcome for the company.
