This is all great Australian Taxation Office but perhaps focus on a number of other things that have been problems for years before you start something else? I will even help you here is a few: - fixing agent linking so business owners don’t have to call you and be waiting for hours on hold - more training for your call centres so we don’t have to waste valuable time explaining to them how things work only to then have to hang up and call back to get someone competent - fixing the Super Guarantee Charge process so it is not a manual upload that always has isssues and delays - allowing client lists like TPAR to be downloaded like the tax and BAS lists instead of waiting for you to email us a list - better systems in place so we can opt out of you calling us (the agents) to chase client debt and calling the clients direct (we are not debt collectors for you) - linking the director ids to companies in your system to make everyone’s lives easier (another failed initiative that was rushed and hasn’t been implemented effectively) - removal of the stupid rules that bring forward your tax due date if you lodge your return early - this one absolutely boggles my mind as to why it was ever implemented. This makes our job administratively more difficult as we have to explain it to clients every single day Please and thank you.
