Are any Aussie tax accountants interested in collaborating to document common Client Group entity structures using Mermaid markdown (e.g. https://lnkd.in/gTHhQEVA) with me? This could simplify the process of creating and maintaining entity documentation for the future and be useful for inclusion in sops and help clarify existing information about client groups in existing systems. Happy to meet you and show you a simple code editor, markdown, and github desktop, we can meet regularly if you want, or join a slack together. It's pretty straightforward and we will use AI to generate these entity diagrams using natural language, it will be experimental. But point is we can get a Marmaid Markdown, Explanation of the client group relationship, and an example html form that just has the names for the entities. I know not all entity groups are the same. Looking to see if we can eventually produce a standard for how the entity groups should be written in Mermaid markdown by having a go at it. This is all for fun and for learning to use a few new tools an accountant doesn't usually use.

The new streamlined Xero plans may require you to upgrade from your current subscription. Xero has promised a 60-day notice prior to them auto-transitioning but it would be good to stay ahead of that event. If you are on a GST Cashbook, Payroll Cashbook, Payroll Only, Starter, Standard and Premium Plans, make sure you chat with your advisor on the transition towards the new plans! ❓ What is ASX Listing Rule 15.7? 📣This rule requires entities to provide information for release to the market be given to ASX first, by lodging an ASX announcement, rather than anyone else, including media outlets. An entity must receive an acknowledgement an announcement has been released before providing it to any other person.
