What role does AI play in improving climate change predictions?
One of the core challenges in combatting climate change is associating immediate actions with their long term consequences. The apparent lack of connection between actions causing emissions and the climate doesn't provide the immediate motivation required to stop them. AI can provide an accurate carbon price for every action, thus closing the gap between cause and effect and providing immediate feedback on every emission decision.
