A huge congratulations to Isaac Proctor (Hesketh Henry), Louise Zhan (Downer) and Stephen Christie (McLarens).   From a pool of impressive entries covering a diverse range of topics, the submissions of the three finalists stood out for their innovative thinking, practical application, and the overall clarity and presentation of their thoughts.   This year's panel of judges included Andre Louw (Howden), 2023 Next Gen Insurance Leader winner Rachel Hardy (AXA XL), BN's Dian Turner and Thomas J. Byrne, and YIPs committee members, Justin Micale and Jacqueline Wilson.
