3 Townhouses // Reservoir Darebin Council We’re truly grateful for this amazing testimonial from our client Connie and long-time building partner Alex from Tapia Homes. This project posed several challenges, with Connie aiming to fit 3 townhouses on a compact 548m² site measuring 27 metres in length on one side, 32 metres on the other, and 18 metres in width. The site also had a 1-metre fall, a rear easement, and restrictions from council setbacks. But with our expert guidance, we secured council approval for three townhouses, each offering around 17 squares of living space. • Townhouse 1: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms • Townhouse 2: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms • Townhouse 3: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms Thanks to Alex’s outstanding workmanship, we were able to bring this vision to life with exceptional quality. However, we embraced these obstacles as opportunities to innovate. By pushing the boundaries of design, we successfully created three stylish townhouses on just 548 square metres. Insights from Mornington real estate agents and close collaboration with the council helped us refine the design and ensure compliance.
