As we approach the end of 2024, we're proud to reflect on a year filled with remarkable milestones and achievements across our communities. At Capestone, we celebrated the launch of our final stage and proudly took home two UDIA QLD Awards for Excellence. Over in Manly, we welcomed residents into six beautifully completed apartments at The Wellington Collection. At Dunes Harbour Beach, two stunning beachfront homes were unveiled under The Beach Collective, with one sale of 21 Sol Drive. Alongside this, a range of incredible community events brought the Dunes community together to enjoy the very best of beachfront living. In Townsville, Somers & Hervey had a spectacular launch, with two land releases selling out quickly, and The Reserve continued to thrive with strong demand. And in Darwin, we introduced The Heights Durack, with its first stage under construction, and received two more UDIA NT awards for Zuccoli Village, bringing the development’s award count to four! Over in Mooloolah Valley, our Hillside development showcased the area's natural beauty with premium large-lot land releases, and Arc on the Point marked a major milestone with the opening of its stunning new Arc Boulevard park. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of our journey this year.
