Tirian specializes in organization transformation through building strategic innovative leadership and culture. Tirian produces and delivers original high quality and engaging face-to-face and online digital and virtual workshops, courses, seminar programs, and keynote presentations along with individual resources and tools to provide tools and strategies for individual and organizational change. Additionally, Tirian offers a range of integrated coaching and consulting services and online coaching training to ensure effective implementation over the long term. These programs help leaders and teams to reflect on and find real solutions to their business issues. Why is real collaboration so challenging? Mixed messaging is very common, and it can be quite dangerous. Prioritising individual success over group needs has clear consequences. The individual will often defect if they feel their own needs are compromised. Focusing on winning at all costs can also backfire if the individual translates this into winning at the cost of the group. Here are the 5 co-creation principles for more collaborative practices. 1) Audit current values and practices. 2) Seek out, acknowledge and discuss any competing demands. 3) Don’t assume to know the rules/expectations of collaboration. 4) Don’t focus on the wrong aspects of achieving a goal. 5) Don’t be ignorant to the overall architecture of the situation. Tirian partnership in Germany: Bitou recently helped at Lufthansa to facilitate our keynote/workshop session. As a result, we are fast-tracking them to run 'The Collaboration Concept' program. Along with 'On Thin ICE' and 'The Chocolate Factory', Bitou will be able to contextualize and deliver across Germany and the surrounding regions.
