When Amanda Campbell was 29, she was told she would 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 walk again. With an earlier diagnosis of incurable MS, the whole left side of her body rapidly declined into complete paralysis. Her fate looked grim. Against all odds, she found a a way to restore holistic health through kinesiology. It took many days of rehab before she managed to wiggle her big toe. And after just six weeks, she defied all odds and was able to walk and run. The rest is history, on a path that led her to recovery, and a career in nutrition, sports kinesiology and transformational coaching. 🌟 For me, Amanda is a guiding force who truly walks the talk 🌟 As my own integrative health practitioner and coach, I love her approach to energetic well-being, where she balances the ‘whole’ mind body system, to foster physical and mental resilience. This support has been vital for me as I juggle the chaos of a busy working life with young children, ageing parents, a house build and a new business. Years ago, I might have seen this regular support system as a luxury. Now it’s an absolute necessity! A trooper against the odds in so many ways, Amanda represents the optimistic Guide, Coach, Healer and Hero. No matter what challenges blindside her, she finds a way to gently yet determinedly march on to victory. From day one, she’s been a creative champion for The Elements Kit, helping me develop grit, slay shadows and limiting self-beliefs, and stay aligned and true. Heartbreakingly, on Mother’s Day in 2021, Amanda lost her mother to cancer after a shockingly short battle. When we met up yesterday, it was pure coincidence we were surrounded by cheery daffodils in support of Daffodil Day today 🌟💛 🌟💛 🌟💛 🌟💛 As life continues to throw punches, it’s so important to make sure you’re surrounded by a tribe of support practitioners, in addition to friends and family. A shout out to all those in need of hope and resilience, no matter the challenge. 🟡 Today, while you’re throwing a 𝐆𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐄 into the hat for Daffodil Day, ask yourself: █▓▒░░Who else could support me on my journey?░░▒▓█ Seek recommended practitioners from those around you 💫 Or reach out to born nurturer and resilience champion Amanda Campbell https://lnkd.in/gZm_6edH https://lnkd.in/gNKhn_KU — And if you want to build a happy, healthy, hardworking team, reach out to Rachel Zhang and myself to discuss a workshop with The Elements Kit 💫 https://lnkd.in/giCSFVGw #daffodilday #multiplesclerosis #bendlikebamboo #resilience #coaching
