Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming Jess Wilson to our Sydney HQ! 🎉 Jess is a renowned functional nutritionist, gut & hormone practitioner, and passionate advocate for wellness. During an inspiring Lunch & Learn session, she shared five powerful lessons from her journey to reclaim health—reminding our team how taking ownership of our bodies and minds can truly transform our lives. From actionable strategies to improving physical health to harnessing mindset as a tool for resilience, and even learning to trust your gut (literally and figuratively!), Jess equipped us with practical tools for better well-being. 💡 A huge thank you to Jess for her time, energy, and impactful insights!
