Darius Boyd enjoyed one of the longest careers in rugby league, celebrating premierships and State of Origin victories in over 300 games for his clubs, state and country. Throughout his journey, he faced public struggles with mental health, including a decision to temporarily step away from the game to seek help. Now a mental health advocate, Darius works with clients nationwide. He shared insights from his career with Michael Crutcher at a recent Barside Chat for Members, which coincided with R U Ok?
