Last week, our Cyber Security Directorate in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) held a Cyber Security Community of Practice (CoP) event reflecting on 2024 and preparing for the future of cyber security. OCIO supports several CoPs, bringing together government staff with a common interest to connect, share knowledge, and best practices. We support information technology communities of practice, sharing capabilities between employees, contractors, vendors, and partners. This month's Cyber Security CoP session explored key cyber security developments and challenges from 2024, actionable strategies to address evolving threats, and a forward-looking discussion on emerging trends for 2025. Attendees gained practical insights through presentations on threat intelligence, the Annual Cyber Threat Report, and future trends, concluding with an engaging expert panel discussion. The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) continues to lead the way in building a culture of cyber resilience and collaboration within the SA Government. #CyberSecurity #Future #SouthAustralia
