We recently completed an impressive installation in Malvern East, featuring 8 modules. Designed as a spacious two-storey home, this project showcases the efficiency and versatility of Prebuilt’s modular construction methods. The entire installation was completed in just 2 days, underscoring the speed at which modular homes can be assembled without compromising on quality. This 4-bedroom-plus study home also includes 4 bathrooms, providing ample space and modern amenities for comfortable living. Notable features include hydronic underfloor heating and a whole-house heat recovery ventilation system, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency year-round. The project required the use of a 400-tone crane, which involved meticulous planning and coordination with local authorities to navigate limited street access. We successfully obtained the necessary VIC Roads and Council permits, minimising disruption to the surrounding community during the installation process. The client expressed great satisfaction with both the experience and the final result, demonstrating the many advantages of modular construction in urban settings. This project not only meets the needs of contemporary living but also illustrates how thoughtful design and efficient execution come together to create a stunning and functional home.

We’re excited to share a timelapse of our latest commercial project at Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School. After a successful competitive tender process, we delivered a custom-designed, relocatable building that includes three new classrooms and a versatile library space that can be converted into additional classrooms in the future.   This project provided a decanting solution for the school, enabling the refurbishment of century-old classrooms while ensuring minimal disruption to school operations. Our team took great care to protect newly laid turf, using bog mats for crane and truck access minimising impact to grassed areas. The project, designed in-house, was built in just 11 weeks in our factory and completed onsite in just 4 weeks.

Built in our Kilsyth factory and set against stunning blue skies and waters, this holiday home boasts 5 modules, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The home's design features extensive windows in the kitchen, meals, and living areas, offering breathtaking views of Wilsons Promontory.  The upper level is dedicated to main living spaces, while the lower level includes a kitchenette and two bedrooms.
