Yesterday, our Place team had their final training session for 2024. Led by Cherie Canning from Luminate Leadership we explored key strategies for time and energy management. The session provided valuable insights on how to assess and optimise our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy, with practical tools that can be seamlessly applied in both our professional and personal lives. A big thank you to Cherie for facilitating such an engaging and impactful session.

On Friday the 15th of November, our Place support, property management and HQ teams came together at the Power Up! Support Series Breakfast. Over breakfast, our staff celebrated their achievements and heard from an inspiring line up of speakers, including some of our very own Place people. Speakers included: Dr Grace Sha: From Burnout to Abundance. What a wonderful morning of celebration and inspiration! 👏

Last Friday, our support crew spent an inspiring morning at the Power Up! Support Series Breakfast! 🥞 Our Power Up! events bring together our agent support, office managers, property managers and HQ support teams to celebrate their achievements, and to further enrich our staff in their roles. This ensures our support staff can most effectively support their agents, and subsequently, provide an exceptional customer service experience for their clients. With a line up of expert speakers including Dr Grace Sha, The Power Panel and Kym Krey, our staff left feeling motivated and empowered! Thank you, speakers! 🙌

We loved having Cooper Chapman join us at Place Conference in 2023 so much that we had to get him back again this year! 🤝   After seeing his sister lose multiple friends to suicide, Cooper founded The Good Human Factory with a goal to connect people with simple tools to improve their wellbeing and thrive in life.     Mental strength and resilience are key pillars of our training program at Place, and Cooper's interactive workshop left our people feeling empowered to implement healthy daily habits.    Thank you, Cooper. 

In the infancy years of Place, Dr Phil Jauncey contributed immensely to forming the Place culture we know and love today. This morning, the Place HQ team were fortunate to experience Dr Phil’s foundation program, The Power of Positive Doing. In this ground-breaking session, the team explored the difference between positive thinking vs. positive doing, why action is so important and Dr Phil’s famous profiling, which helped us to better understand ourselves and others. Thank you Phil Jauncey for delivering this inspiring session! 🙌🏼
