  • This November in PD Warrior PLUS, we’re focusing on an essential skill for people with Parkinson’s—Dual Tasking. You may have heard this term before, but what exactly does it mean? Simply put, dual tasking is the ability to perform two actions at the same time, like walking while having a conversation or focusing on balance while remembering a set of instructions. For someone with Parkinson's, this skill can be especially challenging due to the brain’s reduced dopamine production, which impacts motor control and cognitive processing. This month, we’ll provide insights, tips, and exercises to help you work on dual tasking and boost both your physical and mental resilience. You can sign up for PD Warrior PLUS here; ⬇️ https://bit.ly/3FW1SEv
