PROJECT COMPLETION | Mount Waverley 2024 has been a big year for Pace, and we're thrilled to share new images of our latest delivered project in Melbourne's south-east. Setting a new pioneering model for affordable housing, Pace partnered with National Affordable Housing Consortium (NAHC) to create 96 sustainable, efficient homes with lasting social impact. Designed to meet urgent housing needs of women over 55, the project serves as a blueprint for future initiatives, blending practicality with compassion to address critical community demands. Communal terraces and shared spaces (including a lounge and BBQ facilities) were integrated into the building design to foster community interaction.
